This class is open to all athletes who are keen to work independently on their skills and improve technique. A qualified coach will be on hand to help.
Camp notes
Open gym is designed to allow athletes to work on their skills at their own pace. It is not coach led but coaches supervise and help where required. Athletes can enjoy working in the gym outwit the structure of regular classes.
